Ordering Online - The Excitement!

Right, I don't know if it's just me, but ordering stuff online just makes me really really excited! My best friend also finds this exciting so maybe I'm not just a massive loser that checks the post religiously after I've ordered something online. I think it's just the excitement of getting a little present in the post, it's not even my birthday, yet parcels are still coming to my house addressed to me with goodies inside!

I think it probably is me being a total weirdo because I also have a massive love of letters and post, I used to have two pen pals and having two people to write to was really hard to keep up with, but one day neither of them decided to write back to me and personalised lovely letters were no longer delivered to my door.

However, I do have a confession, I've never ordered any clothes or shoes online! I know I know, for someone who loves getting new clothes and parcels in the post surely I would have bought a few clothes in my time, but I guess not. I think that I'm just really scared that clothes won't fit me and I won't feel comfortable in them. I don't know. I also really enjoy trying on clothes and seeing all the displays in the shop. Is this just me?

Yesterday I was on my own for the whole day and what's better to do on a rainy alone day then do a little bit of online shopping. I went on amazon and ordered the w7 in the buff eye shadow pallet, it's got the most amazing colours and it looks almost exactly the same as the Urban Decay 'Naked' pallet. I checked reviews and watched a few beauty gurus and they all seemed to say the same thing, that this pallet is just as good as the Urban Decay one, but at just a fraction of the price!

I have also been looking at the metallic flash tattoos recently as well. Now, with sensitive skin it is SUPER hard to find things that you don't react to (I mean even plasters are a complete no go). However I don't think that I am actually planning on wearing these ones. I have been looking at scrapbooks for a long time and I think I might just go to hobby craft and buy one. This is wear the flash tattoos come in... decoration! I'm stupidly excited for them to come (but first I actually need to buy a scrapbook!) because I love projects like these and having a place for all my photos and memories to go sounds perfect to me at least.

I don't know is it just me that has a crazy obsession with online shopping? And does anyone else ever feel like clothes shopping online is no where near as fun as going out with your friend(s) and trying on every item in the shop?
